The Association Center - the first and only project of its kind in the United States - is the result of a public private partnership between NYSAE, the City of New York, and Silverstein Properties.
The goal of the project...which has been accomplished...was to halt the exodus of not-for-profits by providing a mechanism to reduce operating expenses to these organizations. "NSYAE is proud to have provided the leadership, support, and involvement, working with city officials to stem the tide of associations and not-for-profits leaving New York," said Joel A. Dolci, CAE, NYSAE president.
Fortified by a strong incentive package, a vigorous leasing program, and continued interest from national, and international association and not-for-profit tenants, the success story at the Assocation Center continues.
Today, forty national and international associations and not-for-profits now call the Association Center, at 120 Wall Street, home. They occupy the total 600,000 square feet of this 30 story Class-A building.
