March 23, 2009 - Professional Development Session -- "Get Organized - The Key to Managing Change in the Workplace"

 

Yvonne Surrey, owner, Y.E.S. Surrey Office Services, facilitated a March Professional Development Session at NYSAE headquarters on "Get Organized: The Key to Managing Change in the Workplace." The session focused on responding to increasing workplace demands by creating space for the inevitable change; recognizing the need to get organized; getting your files in order for immediate retrieval; setting your desk up for workflow control; responding and delivering required information upon request; using a tracking system to stay on top of and in control of projects; and managing the flow of paper.
