Michael Cummings, business development manager for the Kellen Company and chair of NYSAE's Education Committee, reported that the committee met following the July Board and Committee Retreat to review its accomplishments from the Skytop Lodge meeting. The committee will kick off its educational season with Greg David, editor from Crain's New York Business, who warned NYSAE members last September that the economy was heading south. David will address the New Normal at NYSAE's September 16 luncheon. The committee also discussed progress on planning the October 21 Finance Institute and continued to craft the 2009/2010 educational agenda.
