    Economists predict that ~80% of Baby Boomers will have to work past the age of 65 because they don't have enough money to retire. By 2015 Millennials (Gen Y) will represent the largest demographic in the U.S. workforce. Millennials as the, "Gate Keepers" of yesteryear technology, typewriters / birth of the home computer, onto the mobile devices of today / social media, can help their employers not only excel in modern communication/marketing strategies but more importantly explain to their Baby Boomer bosses why/how to implement these technologies.
