On occasion I hear that #Millennials are the "entitled and lazy" generation. While study after study refutes this premise, including a recent one by the Boston Consulting Group, "The Millennial Consumer: Debunking Stereotypes," its important to note that regardless of your viewpoint, Millennials are emerging leaders in our society. As opposed to defining weaknesses/differences let's place all four generations, #Boomers, #GenX, #GenY and #GenZ into a 4 x 100 Metres Relay Race, and focus on each others strengths to determine the best way to pass on the baton and win at this race.
