    We know that not everyone loves to use email or browses the web. To Google something is probably alien. However, the rest of us (and quite possibly a majority of your association members) do Google subjects, shop on-line and even have a Smart Phone.

    Therefore, why not encourage the use of technology. Here are some simple tips:

    • Update your website to make it user friendly and simple to navigate
    • Keep your website current
    • Make your website responsive so it is easily seen on mobile devices, such as tablets and Smart Phones
    • Use Social Media to promote your next conference as far in advance as possible
    • Regularly contribute to Social Media to be current. Do simple things such as announcing a breakout session topic or query your members to see what they would like to learn
    • Be consistent with all of the above.
