To Call, or Not to Call?

Should you email, text, or speak in person? What about FaceTime? Is it EVER appropriate at work?

Different situations and different people call for varying methods of communication - and the method you select will affect outcomes.

How can you communicate effectively and efficiently - and achieve the most favorable results?

Please join us when we explore numerous communication scenarios, determine strategies, and identify some of the most frequent generational hot buttons during “To Call, or Not to Call” workshop.
