Would you like to be considered ready for more responsibility, stretch projects and career growth?
Would you like to get the best from your direct reports?
Would you like to delegate well and create teamwork?

In this interactive session we’ll address Conversational Intelligence® and the brain science behind it. You’ll learn communication mindsets and tools to enhance your connection with bosses, colleagues and direct reports. How can you better use your executive brain and stimulate neurotransmitters to make you more effective? How can you avoid getting triggered and reacting by saying something you’re ultimately not proud of? How can you be recognized as a trusted worthy leader?

As a result of this session you will:

  • Be able to identity the amygdala and the prefrontal cortex and what kinds of behavior each is responsible for
  • Be able to take responsibility for the hormones you generate in others that produce their behavior
  • Identify what an amygdala hijack is and how to get beyond it
  • Practice two Conversational Intelligence® tools that will create connections with others and position you as a leader
