Welcome to the best hosted buyer opportunity in the
Northeastern marketplace for those wishing to reach Association Executives,
Meeting and Special Event planners.
Meet NY is a one-of-a-kind client-customer showcase which
attracts attendees from all over the northeast and includes the support of
other associations such as ESSAE and NY-PCMA. Qualified senior executives and
planners are hosted complimentary to attend cutting edge industry education, a
mini tradeshow and cocktail reception, and all under the NYC theme of Broadway.

Host
benefits include:- One (1) 30” standing table (Hi-Boy) for laptop,

- $350 for associate membership (savings of 10%)
- $675 for Tier 1 Organizational Members (15 or less employees, savings of $75)
- $1000 for Tier 2 Organization Members (15 or more employees, savings of $200)
**Registration Policy
Hosts can use a maximum of 3 registrations for individuals from the company they represent for each table top purchased. The balance of the tickets must be used to invite qualified executives and/or meeting/event planners. For example:
- 4 Meeting Planner/Executive guests and 2 host/exhibitors (Permitted)
- 4 host/exhibitors and 2 Meeting Planner/Executive guests (Not permitted)
Floor space at Meet
NY is limited. Our goal is to maximize the exposure our hosts, sponsors and

Host Marketing
Once we ramp up our
marketing and promotion, hosts will be acknowledged on NYSAE’s website and
throughout social media. NYSAE will supply each confirmed host with digital invitations so you may personally begin to invite your clients to attend
Meet NY. Invitations will be emailed in PDF format.

Silver Screen Video - $5,000
We’re introducing Digital Sponsorships
into our live event. You will provide us with a video or messaging showcasing
your product or services. We will replay
your message throughout the day on Plasmas placed strategically throughout our
event. What a great way to get your
message across to our entire attendee base of decision makers and influencers
Lanyards - $3,000 (Only 1 Available)
Want to see your company logo on every attendee? The lanyard sponsorship is for you. Lanyards attach to the name badge and are visible for the duration of the event.
Food Decals - $3,500 (Only 3 Available)
Due to social distancing guidelines, we
are committed to providing food and beverage in a responsible way. Our food options will be packaged and placed
in multiple networking areas around.
This allows you a new, high-impact way to share your brand with all
attendees! This sponsorship includes
your logo on all packaging at one buffet area.
Pre- or Post- Show Email Blast - $1,000 (limited to 3 sponsors each)
Include your logo and message in an email that goes out to attendees either prior to or after the event. Messages will be consolidated into a single newsletter style email to all registered attendees.
Passport Logo - $600 (limited to 10)
Your logo will be printed
on a “Passport” – a document that will need to be “stamped” by you for all
attendees. NYSAE will provide a prize
for all attendees that have visited all booths on the passport. This will incentivize attendees to visit your
table. What a great way to encourage all
attendee’s to visit your table!

Application and Host Contract
Complete the application and contract by December 1, 2021 to take advantage of the early registration rate. Contracts
will be accepted on a first come first served basis. Space is limited and we
are expecting to sell out quickly, so submit your contract now.
