When:  Mar 20, 2019 from 12:00 PM to 01:00 PM (ET)

boardengagementv2.jpgAssociation and Nonprofit Boards provide their organizations with leadership and guidance and often have several challenges to overcome. Whether it is dealing with financials, membership, fundraising, branding or other issues, many boards have quite the job ahead of them. However, not all boards operate equally or function well. Sometimes, board members are not available for meetings, have other obligations that take them away from the organization, or may  simply not understand what board work really entails.

In this webinar, we will explore some of the variables and challenges that boards deal with and how to have a better engagement strategy in order to overcome those concerns.
