November 14, 2019
8:30 - 10 AM

As an association executive you know that your Association's brand must resonate with your members.  During this entertaining, informative and thought-provoking talk, hear from Ethan Chazin, organizational culture transformation coach, why re-branding your Association is a critical survival strategy for re-connecting with your members, partners, Government agencies...all stakeholders who engage with your Association. Re-branding begins with developing a compelling and aspirational Vision statement with an actionable Mission statement, and includes telling a story around your Association's history. Further, successfully re-branding your Association demands that your leadership team address eight fundamental questions about your future existence.

Speaker: Ethan Chazin

After spending 20+ years in Corporate America in marketing and product management roles, I had a life-changing vision. I decided to pursue my passion for helping others by applying my branding, marketing, and communications expertise with my knowledge of optimizing peak performance and an almost pathological hatred for organizational dysfunction and lack of caring.

In 2009 I launched my motivational speaking, executive coaching, business consulting and employee training and authored the book: “Bulletproof Your Career in Turbulent Times.”

As the Founder and Chief Motivation Officer of The Chazin Group LLC, I am blessed to be able to give motivational talks, deliver training and professional development programs, provide one-on-one and group-based executive coaching, strategic consulting, HR, staffing, and recruiting guidance to benefit start-ups, established firms, non-profits, and NGOs.
