Among NYSAE members are many unsung heroes who make things happen within their organizations. While CEOs have natural visibility and are easily identified for their leadership roles, their top-tier team members often are not recognized.
Are you an associate executive director or department manager who has contributed significantly to the development of innovative, visionary programming as a team leader within in a philanthropic, professional, or trade organization? Have you demonstrated excellence in advancing the mission of your organization through: organizational management; leadership; administration; knowledge management and research; governance and structure; public policy, government relations, and coalition building; membership development; programs, products and services; or marketing, public relations, and communications?
If so, you are the perfect candidate for this award!
To qualify for this award, you must:
- Be a regular member of NYSAE;
- Contribute significantly to the development of innovative, visionary programming as a team leader within a philanthropic, professional, or trade association;
- Demonstrate excellence in advancing the mission of your organization through management of one or more recognized CAE functional domains listed above;
- Show commitment to the advancement of association management as a profession.
On Wednesday, April 22, it could be your turn to step into the spotlight and be the first to receive this new award.
