Carmel Napolitano is an Executive Recruiter at DRG. Carmel has a proven track record of successful recruitments for leadership positions in the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors. Having over 10 years’ experience in executive search her successful placements include CEO / President / Executive Director level searches with leading international, national, and New York area associations and nonprofits. She received an undergraduate degree from Villanova University and a Master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania’s Fels Center of Government.
From 2004 to 2007 Carmel was a lead instructor for the New York Junior League’s Nonprofit Board Clearinghouse (NPBC) course. NPBC trains individuals to serve as board leaders for non-profits.
