Higher Logic, co-founded by longtime NYSAE member Andy Steggles, announced that they have acquired Socious, a community software company focused on serving the non-profit and B2B enterprise markets . As part of their growth plan, they have expanded their executive team by brining on Vince Zumbo as Chief Financial Officer and Jamey Jeff as Chief Customer Officer.

Alan Goodin from Kellen has become the vice chair of NYSAE’s Next Gen Group. In that role, he will help lead that group’s well-received seminars.
Luke Vander Linden has been named Vice President of Membership and Business Development at the Society for Corporate Governance, responsible for membership acquisition and retention and non-dues revenue including sponsorships. He comes to the Society from The Academy of Management where he spent 2 years as Director of Membership, Marketing and Communications. Luke continues to serve on the board of several associations and non-profits including The Hundred Year Association of New York where he is Secretary and formerly was the Executive Director.
