Welcome to the best hosted buyer opportunity in the Northeastern marketplace for those wishing to reach Association Executives, Meeting and Special Event planners.
Meet NY was designed by the New York Society of Association Executives in conjunction with a veteran group of suppliers who are responsible for selling their services to the Northeastern Association and Corporate Meeting Planning Community. We have partnered with our associate members to create this one of a kind client/customer showcase where qualified executives and planners are hosted complimentary to attend cutting edge industry education followed by a mini trade show/cocktail reception and a fabulous Broadway Show.

Host benefits include:
- One high round cocktail round table for literature and business cards during the Trade Show
- 6 Registrations** which include:
- one ticket each to a Broadway show
- registrations for Meet NY’s educational component (content is not currently finalized, but you will receive an email with more information once the topics have been determined and speakers are secured)
- 2+ hours of Trade Show floor networking
- Pre and Post event attendee list

- $350 for associate membership (savings of 10%)
- $675 for Tier 1 Organizational Members (15 or less employees, savings of $75)
- $1,000 for Tier 2 Organization Members (15 or more employees, savings of $200)
Hosts can use a maximum of 3 registrations for individuals from the company they represent for each tabletop purchased. The balance of the tickets must be used to invite qualified executives and/or meeting/event planners. For example:
- 4 Meeting Planner/Executive guests and 2 host/exhibitors (Permitted)
- 4 host/exhibitors and 2 Meeting Planner/Executive guests (Not permitted)
The goal of the event is to have more Meeting Planner/Executive guests in attendance.
Floor space at Meet NY is limited and our goal is to maximize the exposure and value that our hosts/sponsors and attendees receive. To do this we want to prioritize bringing meeting planners and high-level executives over additional host/sponsor staff where possible.

Tickets and Seating
NYSAE will make every effort to seat your party together but cannot guarantee that this will happen due to seating configurations at the theater. All tickets will be handed out to each host/exhibitor contact on the night of February 26 at the New York Marriott Marquis. Clients will pick up their tickets from you that night.
Once we ramp up our marketing and promotion, hosts will be acknowledged on NYSAE’s website and throughout social media. NYSAE will supply each confirmed host with digital invitations in October so you may personally begin to invite your clients to attend Meet NY. Invitations will be emailed to the primary contact
Additional Sponsorship Opportunities
Silver Screen Video - $3,000
Your video showcasing your services and products will play on a monitor, with sound, in a high traffic location running in a continuous loop. This is an additional way for you to get your message across to our entire attendee base of decision makers and influencers throughout the event.
Lanyards - $3,000
Want to see your company logo on every attendee? The lanyard sponsorship is for you. Lanyards attach to the name badge and are visible for the duration of the event.
Buffet - $2,000
Sponsor this option and get your logo placed on buffet tables during the packed Trade Show/Networking Reception. A cost-effective and high-impact option, your company’s brand is sure to be seen by all in attendance.
Floor Decals - $2,000
To help attendees find their way to your table, sponsor these 3’ x 3’ decals on the floor. Decals will include your logo and table number.
Pre- or Post- Show Email Blast - $1,000 (limited to 3 sponsors each)
Include your logo and message in an email that goes out to attendees either prior to or after the event. Messages will be consolidated into a single newsletter style email to all registered attendees.
Passport Logo - $300 (limited to 10)
Include your logo on a printed passport that will encourage all registrants to visit your table in order to win a TBD prize (provided by NYSAE).
NYSAE has arranged a block of rooms at the New York Marriott Marquis for the nights of February 25 & 26, 2020. The room rate is $259 single/double plus applicable taxes. Application and Host Contract
Complete the enclosed application and contract before September 25, 2019 to take advantage of the early registration rate. Contracts will be accepted on a first come first served basis. With only 60 tables available, we are expecting a quick sell out so submit your contract now.
