Personally and professionally, we have probably gone through such disruption in so many aspects of our lives, that very little is left unchanged.
Now, as we all are figuring out this new reality, people are looking to find something they can grab hold of to get a sense of stability.
We know that during times of change or uncertainty, people usually gravitate towards structure. With almost every institution we know rocked, the most stable thing may well be the leaders we have in our lives. That's why I think leadership is so critical.
