2:30 - 3:30 PM   Registration & Networking Opening Reception: Beat the crowds and check-in early to enjoy coffee and treats from regional CVBs during this opening reception. This reception is sponsored by Northeastern Convention Visitors Bureau Representatives.

3:30 - 5 PM        Educational Session, sponsored by Kalahari Resorts & Conventions

This incredible presentation has become a ‘can’t miss’ annual event in and of itself. In “The Hot List™,” Michael takes the hottest, newest and most inspiring event and entertainment insights and showcases them for the producers in a breathtaking, head-spinning romp.


Interview with a creative team member from Tina: The Tina Turner Musical, hosted by Jessica Genick

Join Jessica Genick, a Tony nominated producer of 10 Broadway shows and learn how a show makes it all the way to Broadway... from development to opening night and beyond! During this unique educational session, Jessica will share insider industry insights and interview a creative team member from TINA; THE TINA TURNER MUSICAL. You can learn about the show before you attend the performance, and then have the exclusive opportunity to continue the conversation with a talk back after the show. 

5 - 7:45 PM Meet NY mini trade show, cocktail reception and silent auction: It’s off to the races with the Meet NY mini trade show and cocktail reception! The show floor opens and your hospitality partners are eager to meet you. Take some time to stop by the silent auction section for a chance to bid on some great prizes. Proceeds will be going to the NYSAE Educational Foundation to focus on training the next generation of association and non-profit leaders. Heavy hors d’oeuvres and an open bar will be open during this time.

8 PM - Broadway Show - “Tina – The Tina Turner Musical”
(Lunt-Fontanne Theater) 205 W 46th Street between 7th & 8th Ave

From humble beginnings in Nutbush, Tennessee, to her transformation into the global Queen of Rock 'n' Roll, Tina Turner didn't just break the rules, she rewrote them. This new hit stage musical, presented in association with Tina Turner herself, reveals the untold story of a woman who dared to defy the bounds of her age, gender and race.


Silent Auction

NYSAE holds a silent auction at Meet NY every year to benefit a designated charity. This year's beneficiary is the NYSAE Educational Foundation, where the funds will be used to support the next generation of association and non-profit leaders. More information to follow in the coming months.
