Lawsuit Challenges PAC Contribution Limits
A political action committee dedicated to electing military veterans to Congress is challenging the Federal Election Commission's (FEC) rules limiting federal PACs to collecting no more than $5,000 per contributor. As reported by ASAE's InRoads, the lawsuit, was filed by the National Defense PAC on January 31 in federal district court in Washington, DC, according to the Bureau of National Affairs (BNA).
